*Schedule Update: Night classes at our Billerica location will be held one night per week for 4 hours per night through the end of June 2025. We will also hold classes during February and April school vacations.

GCI is pleased to offer this correspondence course. It is intended for those pursuing their Massachusetts Pipefitters license and is open to both members and non-members alike. This course is meant to be used in conjunction with the 2016 edition of the ASME/ANSI B31.1 Power Piping Code. A copy of the Code must be purchased through ASME directly. The course is divided into 14 modules of 25 hours each. Prerequisite 6+ years experience. Total of 350 hours.
Please note: Applicants that are seeking a Pipefitter License must apply for an apprenticeship license with the Division of Occupational Licensure, Office of Public Safety and Inspections in addition to registering as an apprentice with Division of Apprentice Standards (DAS).
